Whitney Muse

Senior Consultant
Whitney Muse is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. She currently supports domestic and international energy projects, providing policy and regulatory analysis, for US State Department, USAID, and US Department of Defense funded projects. She was previously the Senior Program Officer and Development Coordinator at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC). Whitney worked in the International Programs department, implementing capacity building workshops for energy regulators. She worked on national and regional projects with regulators from South Asia, East and Southern Africa, and Central America. She also managed the publication of two practical guides, on Mini-Grid Regulation and Women in Energy Regulation. At SAIS, Whitney completed dual concentrations in Energy, Resources, and Environment and Latin American Studies. She also has a B.S. in Engineering from Rutgers University.
