PLEN
Programs and Communications Manager
Mackenzie Kuhl is the Programs and Communications Manager for PLEN, where her main focus is to plan the logistics of each seminar. She is also responsible for marketing, communications, and social media outreach. Mackenzie is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, a daughter of two teachers, and recently graduated from College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Economics and Spanish. While at Saint Ben's, she attended PLEN's 2016 Women in Global Policy Seminar and worked in the Experiential and Professional Development (XPD) Office to coordinate the institution's Bonner Leader Program. Before joining PLEN, Mackenzie was a co-director for a traveling student documentary film team called Extending the Link. She has worked in New Jersey, Minnesota, and D.C. in positions related to leadership, access to higher education, wellness, and communication. Mackenzie hopes to expand access to PLEN's resources through new mediums of communication. When not working, Mackenzie enjoys running, thrift shopping, painting, and scouting out new music.
