Anjelica Dortch

Technology Policy Executive
Anjelica Dortch is a Technology Policy Executive within the Government and Regulatory Affairs team at IBM where she focuses on the company’s policy priorities for responsible artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and blockchain technology. Prior to joining IBM, Ms. Dortch was a Senior Technology Advisor within the White House where she led coordination of all cybersecurity workforce initiatives within the Federal Government. She was a primary contributor to U.S. policies and strategies including the National Cyber Strategy, the U.S. Federal Cloud Computing Strategy, and the President’s Executive Order on America’s Cybersecurity Workforce. Ms. Dortch is the recipient of the Maryland Cyber Warrior Woman award, Women Leading for Impact award, the University of Maryland Outstanding Alumnus award, and Federal Computer Week's Rising Star award. Ms. Dortch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Financial Management and Information Systems.
